The app enhances discretion by hiding the remote control within your mobile device without the need for additional hardware. Even when volume is set at its lowest the app says it is too high for app to work!!!! I don't feel that the app contributes anything to the working of the hearing aid.

I have used the App for over 4 years. I really like the control it gives me.
Not very good.when I first got them they were great but I struggle now to hear what people say and find it embarrassing.
Shocking App. 70% of attempts it does not connect to the HA's .... Silk 5 X. Please sort this out or advise on a solution.
